These Terms govern your access to and use of CurricuLeap Studio services, including courses and materials available at curriculeap.bond. By using our services you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

3. Purchases and refunds

  • Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice.
  • Payments are processed by third-party providers; you agree to their terms.
  • Refunds: If a course materially fails to match its description and you request within 14 days and under 20% progress, we will review the case fairly.

4. License to content

Subject to payment, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased materials for your own educational use. You may not resell, share, or publicly distribute course content.

5. Acceptable use

  • No illegal, infringing, or abusive activity.
  • No attempts to circumvent access controls or copy-protection.
  • No spamming, data scraping beyond permitted APIs, or interference with others’ learning.

6. Intellectual property

All materials, trademarks, and designs are owned by CurricuLeap Studio or our licensors. You may not use our marks without permission.

7. Disclaimers

We provide educational content “as is”. We do not promise specific results, income, or outcomes. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur; we will correct them when identified.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CurricuLeap Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date.
